Coping Strategies Training.
Through identification and understanding, our coping strategies training is designed to help employees with challenges including cognitive disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health. Our methods and experience help employees take control of their working lives. The training is designed to teach strategies to help overcome difficulties and minimise the impact of their disability whilst maximising their skills and potential.
Disability Impact Training.
Disability Impact Training is largely undertaken at the client’s place of work. These sessions are for the individual, but can also include their colleagues and managers alike. The training is designed to enforce a change in negative perceptions and behaviours, offering a new perspective on issues that might occur as a result of someone’s disability. By enforcing a more positive perspective, employees are better able to adjust to the workplace and start maximising their potential, regardless of their disability.
