About
My name is Rickesh Advani and I support access back into the workplace for new employees across London and the southeast of England. I provide bespoke and tailored support, fit for each individual.
This service provides Workplace Needs Assessments, Coping Strategies Training, and, Disability Impact Training for those returning or beginning work following a period of unemployment due to cognitive disabilities, neurodiversity, or, mental health.
I am someone with physical disabilities and neurodiversity, including High Functioning Autism (Aspergers Syndrome), and ADHD. I have a deep personal knowledge of this space and the tools and resources required to soften the transition back into the workplace.
I have worked across sectors and have been involved in both sides of recruitment, staff retention, and, professional training and development. For over 5 years I ran a not-for-profit helping to upskill and provide a pathway into gainful employment, building a deep knowledge and toolkit to support those with mental health and neurodiversity challenges. I have a degree in Humanities, Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge, and have received awards for my advocacy towards disability hiring.
I have helped to transform the lives and trajectory of so many, and am available to do the same for you or your future employee.
