Specialists in cognitive disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health support

Our Services

Workplace Needs Assessments

Our Workplace Needs Assessments cover a wide range of issues faced in the workplace, from Learning Difficulties to Ergonomics. These assessments are designed to highlight any potential barriers within the workplace and make subsequent recommendations that can be implemented in order to overcome these barriers. Support normally starts here.

Coping Strategies Training

Through identification and understanding, our coping strategies training is designed to help employees with challenges including cognitive disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health. Our methods and experience help employees take control of their working lives. The training is designed to teach strategies to help overcome difficulties and minimise the impact of their disability whilst maximising their skills and potential.

Disability Impact Training

Disability Impact Training is largely undertaken at the client's place of work. These sessions are for the individual, but can also include their colleagues and managers alike. The training is designed to enforce a change in negative perceptions and behaviours, offering a new perspective on issues that might occur as a result of someone's disability. By enforcing a more positive perspective, employees are better able to adjust to the workplace and start maximising their potential, regardless of their disability.

About Us

Rickesh Advani

Rickesh Advani

My name is Rickesh Advani and I support access back into the workplace for new employees across London and the southeast of England. I provide bespoke and tailored support, fit for each individual.

This service provides Workplace Needs Assessments, Coping Strategies Training, and Disability Impact Training for those returning or beginning work following a period of unemployment due to cognitive disabilities, neurodiversity, or mental health.

I am someone with physical disabilities and neurodiversity, including High Functioning Autism (Aspergers Syndrome), and ADHD. I have a deep personal knowledge of this space and the tools and resources required to soften the transition back into the workplace.

I have worked across sectors and have been involved in both sides of recruitment, staff retention, and professional training and development. For over 5 years I ran a not-for-profit helping to upskill and provide a pathway into gainful employment, building a deep knowledge and toolkit to support those with mental health and neurodiversity challenges. I have a degree in Humanities, Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge, and have received awards for my advocacy towards disability hiring.

I have helped to transform the lives and trajectory of so many, and am available to do the same for you or your future employee.

Testimonials

"Rickesh's mentorship proved to be invaluable. His support and encouragement empowered me to apply my commercial insight to corporate communications and the capital raising stages. I felt inspired to think creatively and strategically, knowing that my ideas and contributions were genuinely valued.

One aspect that truly impressed me was Rickesh's clear communication style. He ensured that organizational objectives and project requirements were conveyed transparently through regular Google meet calls, fostering an open and collaborative work environment. This made it easier to align my efforts with the company's vision and work towards common goals.

Rickesh's trust in my abilities was evident. It was a confidence-boosting experience to be given the autonomy to excel in my tasks and make a tangible impact on the company's marketing strategies.

Rickesh's keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence pushed me to deliver my best work."

Government Funding

Access to Work Scheme Partnership

Our service works in partnership with the government Access to Work scheme, which you can learn more about here. We are not a government agency or directly affiliated with this scheme, but we do provide the coping strategies training that this scheme funds and supports.

Once you have a job offer, we can begin the process, funded by your new employer, who may be eligible for full reimbursement through this scheme. This means that the support you receive can often be provided at no cost to you, making professional development and workplace support accessible to everyone who needs it.

To check if you may be eligible for funding through the Access to Work scheme, please visit the government website using the link provided above. We're here to guide you through the process and help you understand how this funding can support your career goals.
